There is no denying it now. They definitely did get married! Beyoncé and Jay-Z are mum, but their paperwork is doing the talking for them: The couple filed their signed wedding license Friday in Scarsdale, N.Y.

The license – which lists the wedding date as April 4 – was received on Friday afternoon. The couple applied for the license just three days before the ceremony attended by friends and family, including Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny’s Child pals Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple’s friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

The couple have remained silent about their nuptials. Shortly after the wedding, Beyonce was spotted with a ring while joining Jay-Z on tour, but neither of them have publicly stepped out with new jewelry.

Sandra Bullock and her husband Jesse James are fine after surviving a head-on crash with a drunk driver Friday night in Gloucester, Mass.

The two were riding in an SUV when a station wagon crossed the center line and hit them, police told the Associated Press.

Both vehicles were totaled.

The driver, Lucille Gatchell, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent — more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent. She is to be arraigned Tuesday.

Kristin Cavallari will appear in the indie film Wild Cherry, co-starring Rob Schneider and Rumer Willis.

The ensemble comedy centers around a high school senior who plans to lose her virginity to her football player boyfriend, according to Variety.

She soon finds out that her beau only wants to sleep with her so he can include her in the football team’s “bang book.”

Outraged, she and her pals decide to plot revenge.

The flick begins filming in Winnipeg, Canada, on May 7.

Britney Spears is coming back to do another episode of the hilarious tv show, “How I Met Your Mother”.

“The show is ecstatic and so is Britney,” a source said. “She had so much fun the first time around she really wanted to come back. It was a mutual decision to work together more.”

Spears, 26, appeared on the March 24 episode, playing a receptionist at a dermatologist’s office who fell for one of the show’s main characters, played by Josh Radnor. She received wide accolades for the spot.

Tom Cruise and the gorgeous Katie Holmes stepped out to celebrate their good buddy, Victoria Beckham’s birthday. The star-studded dinner, which brought out pals David and Victoria Beckham and Gwen Stefani, was held at Via Veneto in Santa Monica.

Tom and Katie also celebrated Suri’s birthday over the weekend. Daughter, Suri, turned two on April 18.

The family held a memorial service for Emilio on Sunday, and Cameron’s ex boyfriends, Justin Timberlake and John Mayer both showed up to support Cameron and celebrate Emilio’s life.

According to Star magazine, Jessica Simpson’s recent hospital stay was triggered by more than just an “infection.” A source tells Star the singer was hospitalized after months of hard drinking with beau Tony Romo. Even more shocking, Jess asked for a pregnancy test!

Jessica was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. on March 28 and remained there for four days. Reps for the singer said she was being treated for a “kidney infection,” but an insider tells Star it was more than that. Jessica’s health problems were “brought on by drinking an obscene amount of alcohol,” says the source. “She was treated for a kidney infection, a bladder infection and a urinary tract infection.”

Adding to her distress, anxious Jessica asked doctors to give her a pregnancy test! “She was a nervous wreck,” says the insider. “She was three weeks late and convinced she was pregnant. She was feeling really weak and really scared. She was unraveling.”

A Los Angeles court has ordered payment of nearly $400,000 to the numerous lawyers involved in Britney Spears’s affairs – with the pop star footing the bill.

All the attorneys have been working on the case for less than three months.

Samuel Ingham, Spears’s court-appointed attorney, will continue to receive $10,000 a week, Commissioner Reva Goetz ruled.

Andrew Wallet, the co-conservator of Spears’s finances, will receive an advance of $100,000. Wallet had not been paid since becoming involved last February.

The firm which won Jamie Spears control of his daughter’s affairs will also be advanced $175,000, and a lawyer representing Britney’s brother Bryan Spears will get $22,500, while Stacy Phillips, Britney’s new divorce lawyer, will receive $75,000.

The singer’s father and Wallet remain in control of her life until a July 31 hearing.

The one time her signature phrase, “that’s hot,” could have kept her out of trouble and she didn’t use it!

Paris Hilton caused some derriere drama last week when she slammed ex-BFF Kim Kardashian’s booty in a Las Vegas radio interview.

“I would not want [Kim’s butt] — it’s gross!” she dissed. “It reminds me of cottage cheese inside a big trash bag.”

Gwyneth Paltrow reveals in the May issue of Vogue that she battled post-partum depression after welcoming her second child, son Moses, in 2006.

“I didn’t know I had it until after it was over,” the actress, 35, says. “I just didn’t know what was wrong with me.”

She suspects her depression stemmed from scaling back on her usual pre-baby treatments like acupuncture.

“I felt really out of my body,” Paltrow says after giving birth. “I felt really disconnected. I felt really down … I felt pessimistic.”
