50 Cent Talks About His Rapid Weight Loss

50 Cent shocked the world when he posted pictures of himself from the set of “Things Fall Apart.”

In the movie, 50 plays a football player suffering from cancer, for which he had to drop from 214 lbs. to 160 lbs. to get the correct look.

“I went from 214 to 160. I was on a liquid diet for nine weeks. I was in Baku, [Azerbaijan], and I ran from the airport to the hotel,” Fifty tells.

“I was doing a lot of treadmill running, but it’s mental. When you get on the street, you could run. On the treadmill, you start thinking about the time. If you got the same music playing, it gets difficult after a while. You gotta have something to distract you.”

“I was real hungry, I was pissy. Any little thing, it was like, ‘Get the f-ck from around me.’”

    We’re used to seeing him bulging out of a tank top with muscles and tattoos all over, but 50 Cent has transformed himself for a new role.

    Not only has the Grammy Award-winning rapper, 34, removed his tattoos for his upcoming flicks, he also reportedly dropped more than 50 lbs. – slimming down from 214 to 160 – in order to play a cancer-stricken football player in Things Fall Apart, due out next year.

    Photos posted on ThisIs50.com show a gaunt 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, with sunken cheeks, a result a liquid diet and strict exercise regimen for more than two months.

    In addition to Things Fall Apart, the rapper is costarring with Chace Crawford in the drama Twelve and will be kicking off his U.S. tour Friday in Cleveland.

    50 Cent is giving his 2 cents about the Tiger Woods situation.

    50 talked about the golfer’s problems during an interview with George Lopez.

    “Tiger…It’s interesting,” he said. “Fear factor – you need a little fear there, a woman need to feel that maybe he’s going to snap, ‘So I ain’t going to say that’.

    “With Tiger there’s no fear there. They be like, ‘He left a message on my phone, he say he love me. He was going to leave her.’ And he says, ‘Hey it’s Tiger baby I was trying to get my freak on a little later – if you could call me back.’ Damn – he’s been tried and convicted when his wife hears that.”

    50 added that he has been working on a brand of condoms and is now considering adding a tiger stripe to the product. “Thirteen women and no condoms – you’re a gambling man ain’t you Tiger,” he said to Lopez. “Rappers use condoms often. Golfers apparently don’t use condoms.”

The most peculiar entry on this list is Leona Helmsley’s dog, Trouble, who got $12 million dollars in her will, making Trouble a higher 2007 earner than Katherine Heigl and on equal to Ryan Seacrest. Isn’t that just a little insane?
