Here is the first public picture of Amy Poehler and Will Arnett’s son, Archie, who is 5-months old.
This little guy has two really funny parents; he must be laughing all of the time!
Little Archie definitely has Amy’s bright blue eyes.
Adorable!

The term “new legend” might sound like an oxymoron, but it is the perfect description for the comedic talent that is presented in Vanity Fair’s April issue.
From Russell Brand’s Chaplin to Seth Rogen’s Frieda Kahlo’s iconic monobrow, an all-star update of The Honeymooners, V.F.’s photographers capture a new generation’s take on its favorite legends. Their feature, titled “Brother, Can You Spare A Laugh?” also features Paul Rudd, Jason Segel, Jonah Hill, Amy Poehler and Will Arnett.
We can’t wait until our issue arrives!
Tina Fey took home best actress in a comedy series and writing for a comedy series for 30 Rock on Sunday at the 60th Annual Emmy Awards.
“I’m very proud to be a writer. I wouldn’t have had any of the other jobs I’ve had if I hadn’t been a writer,” Fey gushed.
Fey and her pregnant Baby Mama costar Amy Poehler, took a shot at Eva Longoria before presenting Jeremy Piven with best supporting actor in a comedy series for his work on Entourage.
“When are you due?” Fey asked Poehler, to which Poehler responded, “that’s so rude, I just gained weight for a role.”
Longoria recently dismissed pregnancy speculation by saying that she had to gain weight for her role on Desperate Housewives.
No joke: Amy Poehler is leaving Saturday Night Live.
She says in the new issue of Men’s Vogue that she is taking a break after the November election as she prepares to welcome her first child. And she won’t be returning after maternity leave.
“It’s gonna be really hard — Boyz II Men hard — to say goodbye to yesterday,” she says. “SNL was dangerous, late-night, last-minute and star-studded, but like any good drug, you need to know when to put it down.”
She has signed on for NBC’s upcoming Office spin-off, set to air next year.
“I can kind of confirm that I will be working in some capacity on that show,” she said in July. “I don’t really have any other details yet.”
Next up: The Emmys. She is nominated for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series for SNL.
She generated laughs this past weekend, portraying Hillary Clinton in a sketch with Tina Fey, who played Sarah Palin. Check out video of the sketch here.
With Poehler leaving SNL they are going to need someone to fill her very talented shoes. Let’s hope Tina Fey comes back a few more times to visit.
In case you missed it, here is Tina Fey as Sarah Palin and Amy Poehler as Hillary Clinton. Hilarious!
Funny couple Amy Poehler and Will Arnett are having a baby. The irony? Amy is currently seen with Tina Fey in “Baby Mama” which debuted at #1 this weekend.
The Saturday Night Live regular, 36, and her husband, Will Arnett, are to become first-time parents, their rep Lewis Kay confirms. The baby is due in late fall. The couple have been married since 2003.
Congrats! They are going to have one funny kid.

Yes, that’s right folks, Barack Obama has finally been chosen — and he’s Fred Armisen. The powers that be over at Saturday Night Live have finally ended their search; they’ve found their Obama impersonator in Fred, a current cast member who, for a white guy, looks a lot (really, a lot) like Barack.
For those of you who have no idea what we’re talking about and missed Fred’s brilliant debut as the candidate last night, well, you missed out. But don’t worry, we’re here to help. Guest host and SNL alum Tina Fey rocked it out during a hysterical spoof of the media’s love of Barack and urged everyone to vote for Hillary, an impeccable Amy Poehler, because “Bitch is the new black.” And how’d Fred do? Well, his impression of Obama was eerily, freakily, dead-on fantastic.
Here it is! Watch! (more…)
