Barron Hilton’s girlfriend, Skye Peters, was the mystery passenger in the car with him the night that he was arrested for driving under the influence. Skye is the daughter of Superman Returns producer Jon Peters and his ex, Christine Peters, who is good friends with Barron’s mother, Kathy.

Officer Leon Hines of the California Highway Patrol says that Skye, 16, was not only in the car, but was also driving the Mercedes (which is registered in her name) before Barron took the wheel and barreled into a gas station on the Pacific Coast Highway. She is allegedly responsible for hitting another car, causing at least $1,000 in damages.

Skye and Barron were reportedly en route to Barron’s Malibu mansion. As previously reported, Barron blew a 0.14 on his blood alcohol test, almost twice the legal limit, and he is 18. It is still unclear how the hotel heir got behind the wheel and struck a gas station attendant and a gas pump. The vehicle that Skye allegedly hit while she was driving followed the couple to the gas station, and the occupants of the damaged vehicle took the keys out of the Mercedes while the authorities were called.

This isn’t the first time that the couple has had a brush with the law. In December, police were called to a room at the Bel Air Hotel where the teens were holed up together.

When Paris got out of jail, Kathy and Rick both showed up. Hours after Barron was arrested yesterday, Rick talked to the media…saying he had not talked to Barron yet!

Paris Hilton’s brother, Barron Hilton age 18, was arrested for drunk driving at 8:30 this morning.   He blew a .14!  18 years old and drunk at 8:30 on a Tuesday morning!  And that’s not all!

Barron allegedly struck a garage worker at a 76 Gas Station in Malibu after drunkenly pulling in.

The worker, Fernando Pellez, was not seriously hurt when Barron’s black Mercedes bowled into him between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., but he insisted on calling the cops.

“I was knocked to the ground,” Pellez claims. “The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.”

Cops have ruled out drugs, for now.

In addition to the DUI charge, Barron could face an underage drinking claim, AND….

He may also be charged with Reckless driving, Operating to endanger, and Vehicular assault.

Paris Hilton is talking about her brother, Barron Hilton’s DUI arrest:

“I am sad for my little brother. I hear he is doing OK. I am there for him and will be speaking to him in an hour or so, hopefully, to lend my support.”

So Barron’s father hasn’t been in touch with him.  His sister hasn’t been in touch with him.  Yet, both father and sister have talked to the media instead.

What a screwed up clan!

Rick Hilton has issued the following statement about his 18-year-old son Barron’s drunk driving arrest.

“I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say- but it will be to my son not the media.”

Notice that Daddy Hilton released a statement before he even bothered contacting his son!  Those Hiltons love media attention above everything else, don’t they?!

It is pretty obvious why the Hilton clan is so screwed up.  Blame the parents!

Barron Hilton, 18, just moved to Los Angeles for college, and he’s already giving his parents a headache!

Like big sis Paris, Barron has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Unlike Paris, though, Barron is not of legal drinking age yet, which could be a bigger problem for him if this goes to trial.

The younger Hilton was pulled over by police in Malibu at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday and booked with DUI.
