Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt at The Exchange Premiere

Angelina Jolie hit the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival with baby daddy Brad Pitt.  Angelina was working it for her second film premiere at the film festival.  This time it was for her Clint Eastwood drama called The Exchange, formerly called The Changeling. Days earlier, the actress unveiled the animated comedy Kung Fu Panda, at the International Film Festival.

The actress — who said her character in the film reminded her of her late mother Marcheline Bertrand — is already winning rave reviews for her performance as a woman whose son is kidnapped.

Says a Variety critic: “As she did in A Mighty Heart Jolie plays a woman abruptly and agonizingly deprived of the person closest to her. But impressive as she may have been as the wife of Danny Pearl, her performance here hits home more directly due to the lack of affectation — no accent, frizzed hair or darkened complexion, and no attempt to consciously rein in emotion.”

By the way, notice the immense size of Angelina’s baby bump. She claims that she is due in late July. Some magazines have even reported her due date to be August 19. My ass! She will be popping out those twins well before then!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie probably needed more than one babysitter to keep an eye on all of their kids when they stepped out for a dinner party on Monday.

The expectant parents, who are in Cannes for the city’s famed film festival, left their kids at home for dinner with Angelina’s The Changeling director Clint Eastwood, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger and nearly 10 other guests.

Angelina — dressed in a long, black patterned dress — and Brad arrived at Restaurant Tetou in Golfe-Juan — just outside Cannes — at around 8:30 p.m. and the party broke up at around midnight.
