    It’s a girl!

    Tori Spelling gave birth to her second child, Stella Doreen McDermott, via a planned C-section delivery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. Monday afternoon.

    The actress, 35, has a 1-year-old son, Liam, with husband Dean McDermott. She’s the couple’s first daughter.

    Stella was born at 3:13 pm EST, weighing 6 lbs 8 ounces.

    Spelling is signed on to reprise her role as Donna Martin on the new 90210 spin-off in the fall.

    After years of whispers and unconfirmed gossip, poor little rich girl Tori Spelling spells it all out in her biography, Stori Telling (Simon Spotlight Entertainment, $24.95). Among the scandals addressed: plastic surgery, a passionless marriage and trouble with her mother.

    Tori did an interview with USA Today:

    Q: You write that “everyone in the cast pretty much slept with everyone else” while you were onBeverly Hills, 90210. We know you slept with your real-life boyfriends Brian Austin Green and Vincent Young, but did you ever sleep with Jason Priestley, Luke Perry or Ian Ziering?

    A: No. I put that line in there because I wanted to give something juicy and factual to the readers, but I can’t get into details because those are others’ stories to tell. But I can tell you it was always one on one. Never a 90210 threesome. I’ll clear the air there.

    Q: You finally come clean about your cosmetic procedures. Besides your nose job, what now are you admitting to?

    A: A boob job. There it is. I finally said it. I wanted to come clean that I had my boobs done in my 20s because people falsely write that I’ve had all these things done. I’ve had the two procedures that probably every other woman in Hollywood has had done.

    Tori Spelling shows off her growing baby bump for the first time during a walk with husband Dean McDermott in Santa Barbara. No word yet on a due date for the happy couple, who are already parents to son, Liam, who turns 1 on March 13.

    A pal of Tori Spelling’s is telling In Touch magazine that Tori is pregnant again.  This will be the second child for Tori and husband, Dean McDermott.

    Tori’s pal says, “They have been having so much fun with Liam, they couldn’t wait to have another!” Though the pal wouldn’t confirm exactly how far along Tori was, she hints that the actress is in her second trimester. The Tori & Dean: Inn Love stars wed on May 7, 2006. Their first child, Liam, turns 1 on March 13.
