I don’t think that enough attention is paid to women who are actually supportive of one another. Too often we hear about the hollywood cat fights. So are all of the beautiful women in hollywood fighting it out? Not so says Eva Mendes! She counts on fellow A-listers Cameron Diaz and Lucy Lui to get her through.

“There are a bunch of great solid girls who are also actresses.
If I need advice, or if I need support for an event I am doing, I will call up any one of them and they will be there for me - Lucy Liu, for example, or Cameron Diaz.”

She even has her manager working on getting her a part with Cameron!

“I am dying to work with Cameron. She is just a really good person and I would love, love, love to work with her.”

I would love to see a movie with Eva and Cameron. They are both beautiful and smart ladies. I would prefer that they do a witty comedy, and not a lame action flick.

Eva Mendes Seems To Be On The Mend

We still don’t know why she was in rehab, but she seems to be doing better!

After spending several weeks in rehab, Eva Mendes says she’s “taking a break and having a good time” by exercising and being with her family.

“The sun’s out again. It’s my time,” she said Tuesday at a luncheon co-hosted by Fresh Cosmetics and the new clothing line Rose at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

At the event, Mendes, 34, squeezed into a Rose-designed dress – which she described as “chic” and “a little edgy” – with the help of adhesive tape, joking, “I didn’t want to take too much of a chance” on a wardrobe malfunction.

To maintain her sexy shape, she says, she’s “sticking to my exercise regime,” working out four days a week with trainer Harley Pasternak, doing cardio and light weights.

“I’m actually taking advantage of my time off,” she says. “You know, I had a film that was pushed, so I’m home spending time with my family, going to the gym and actually enjoying taking care of myself …. This year has been great for me because I’ve learned how to relax. The last three years have been amazing but kind of crazy. So I don’t know, I feel grounded. I feel really good.”

“I’m getting a lot of love in the love department, too,” adds Mendes, who is in a longtime relationship with producer George Gargurevich.

Eva Mendes Looks Great After Rehab

Eva Mendes continued her healthy repertoire by going to the gym on Tuesday. The actress checked out of rehab on February 7 from the exclusive Cirque Lodge in Utah, where she had spent several weeks. Leaving her workout in her peach-colored pants and gray workout top, Eva, 33, appears to be taking her post-rehab health seriously.

Eva is one of our favorites. Let’s hope she continues to stay healthy.

The sexy actress, Eva Mendes, has checked into rehab!

This is the first that the media has been reporting on it, but apparently Eva has been in rehab for a few weeks.

Eva is seeking treatment for substance abuse at the Cirque Lodge in Utah. Cirque is the same facility that Lindsay Lohan went to for several months last year for her substance abuse issues.
