Hulk Hogan’s lawyer should probably teach him about premeditated murder, because he just openly admitted to wanting to go O.J. on his ex-wife Linda and her boyfriend Charley, according to Page Six:

I doubt Hulk and Linda will ever become the friendly exes that Bruce Willis and Demi Moore are! Demi married and much younger guy and Bruce doesn’t care.

The father/daughter tagteam that is Hulk Hogan and Brooke Hogan just upped the ick factor in their relationship.

Daddy Hulk stood proudly and watched his 20-year-old daughter, Brooke, pole dance in Miami over the weekend at the Calle Octo Festival on Sunday for what she said was her first concert in over a year.

So creepy.

Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Bollea is getting out of jail nearly three months early with credits for good behavior and working.

The early release follows standard procedures for all inmates.

“They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don’t do anything bad while they’re here, they get to use the credits,” says a jail official who did not want to be identified.

Nick was sentenced for his role in a car accident last year in which his passenger, 22-year-old John Graziano, who is still on a ventilator because of the crash.  Graziano will be in a vegetative state for the rest of his life. 

Nick was street racing when the accident occurred.  He had been drinking alcohol and he was 17 at the time of accident.  Allegedly, Hulk purchased the alcohol.

It just doesn’t seem equitable.

Nick Hogan should thank his very lucky stars that he walked out of that horrific crash that he caused completely fine.  Here is video of everyday life for John Graziano.  Nick is lucky, yes lucky, to be in jail and have his health.  Nick had better do his time quietly and then disappear in obscurity.

Pussyboy, Nick Hogan has been causing quite a ruckus since going to jail.  Which is a pretty amazing accomplishment considering that he is in solitary confinement.  The net has been buzzing with news about Nick Hogan’s phone conversations with his family. 

CLICK HERE to listen to Nick talk to his dad, Hulk Hogan.  Hulk basically states that John Graziano (Nick’s friend, who was the passenger in the car that Nick crashed while recklessly road racing) must have had it coming because God ”layed some heavy shit on him”.  Nick then says that John was a negative person.  Nick then changes the subject back to himself and urges his father to work on his new reality show, “The New Nick” that he wants to start filming the minute he “walks out of where ever he walks out of”.  How disgusting.  When Hulk asks Nick who he wants to do the show with, Nick tells his father, “I want to do it where I’ll make the most money”.  Also, someone needs to teach Nick how to pronounce ”reality”.     

Hulk and Nick take zero responsibility for what happened to John.  Hulk gave Nick, who is only 17, beers the day of the accident.  Nick then raced down the road with his friend in the car and had an almost fatal crash.  Nick walked away from the accident unharmed, while John has suffered sever brain damage.

This family has the worst luck with cars!  Maybe it is time to hire a car service full-time?

The Hogan family was involved in another car accident Sunday, when Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke’s car was hit and pushed into a concrete wall by a man witnesses said was speeding.

No injuries were reported to either Brooke Bollea, 20, her female passenger, or to the 19-year-old man in the car that hit Bollea’s on the Bayside Bridge in Clearwater, Fla., according to a release from the Florida Highway Patrol. No charges have been filed in the accident.

Bollea’s 2008 four-door Mercedes had $3,000 damage done to it, according to the release.

Hulk Hogan (real name: Terry Bollea) and Brooke’s mom Linda were both spotted Sunday at the scene of Brooke’s accident.

On May 9, Nick Bollea, Brooke’s 17-year-old brother was sentenced to eight months Florida’s Pinellas County Jail for felony reckless driving after pleading no contest in in court.

A Florida judge sentenced Nick Hogan, 17-year-old son of wrestler Hulk Hogan, to eight months in jail for reckless driving. We reported on his day in court here. 

Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation and 500 hours community service, and the judge yanked his license for three years. Good!!!  Nick was driving under the influence and racing with another car at a high rate of speed when the accident happened.  The passenger in the car with Nick, John Graziano has suffered permanent brain damage as a result of the accident.  Graziano had been in the military and had just returned from home from Iraq.  Very sad.  Nick can sit in jail for the next eight months and think about the consequences of his actions.

Terry “Hulk” Hogan’s 17-year-old son, Nick Bollea, entered a plea of “no contest” in a Florida courtroom Friday on charges of felony reckless driving.

The charges stem from the August 2007 car crash that left his friend, passenger John Graziano, critically injured to this day.

As part of the plea agreement, Bollea’s attorneys asked that their client not serve more than one year in county jail and five years of probation.

Without the plea arrangement, Bollea could have faced up to five years in state prison.

Some highlights:

Nick’s license plate COEHSP stands for “Capable of Eluding High Speed Pursuit.” Not anymore.

Ed Graziano (John’s father) says that Hulk and Linda haven’t been there for John, now or even before, even though they claim he was like a “brother” to Nick. Ed asks the judge to throw the book at him.

Ed Graziano continues, saying that he spends 10 hours a day at the hospital with John, and that John will spend the rest of his life with mental and physical disabilities. Hulk is peering over at the Graziano family. Ed says that when Nick went to the hospital to see John, he looked totally bored, and even shot dart guns and skateboarded around the hospital! Wow! Wow! Wow!

It has been rumored that Hulk Hogan took Nick and his buddies out on a boat earlier in the day, on the day that the crash occured and gave the guys alcohol. Remember, Nick is 17.

Nick was road racing, which is illegal, at a very high speed when the crash happened. Nick has had numerous speeding tickets, makes jokes about speeding, and running from police. Remember his license plate? If you’ve ever watched “Hogan Knows Best”, their VH1 reality show, then you know that Hulk and Linda have encouraged Nick’s need for speed.

We think Nick should do some time and the Hogans should pay for John’s medical expenses for the rest of his life.

Pro wrestling and reality TV star Hulk Hogan was sued in Florida on Monday by the family of a man who was critically injured in the crash of a car driven by Hogan’s teenage son.

The suit filed in Pinellas County by the parents of John Graziano says Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was responsible for the August 26 crash in Clearwater, Florida, because he knew his son liked to speed and race other drivers.

Nick Bollea, 17, has been charged with reckless driving. No trial date has been set.

The family of John Graziano, the young Iraq war veteran who was left in a semiconscious state after Nick Hogan crashed his car back in 2007, has filed suit against the Hogans.

The family is suing Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda. They have also listed Nick Hogan as a defendant and Daniel Jacobs, the individual in the car racing against Nick, as a co-defendant.

In February, Daniel Jacobs pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500, sentenced to 90 days of probation, had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service.

The suit alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing against another car. The other car, a Doge Viper driven by Danny, is also owned by Hulk Hogan. The allegations are that the Hogans knew of Nick’s passion for speeding and were aware of his modified, speed racing vehicles. (Nick has had multiple speeding tickets and is known for being a reckless driver, yet the Hogans supplied him with fast and modified sports cars. Nick is 17 and unemployed, therefore could not have purchased the cars himself.)

To make matters even worse, reports that Hulk purchased alcohol for Nick and his friends on the day of the accident, have made it into the suit.

The suit is alleging that the Hogans were negligent and are also directly liable for the wreck. (We agree!)

As for Graziano, he is not in a complete vegetative state. Though part of his frontal lobe had to be removed, he can still respond to heat and light. On few occasions, he has breathed without a ventilator.

That doesn’t seems like much a life to us, though. So sad.

The suit does not say how much money they are asking for, but reports show that the Graziano family has already spent more than $1 million in medical care.

You can’t put a price tag on the pain and suffering caused by that crash, but John’s family definitely deserve much more than $1 million!
