Jamie Lynn Spears‘ boyfriend Casey Aldridge (and the father of her daughter, Maddie) has been injured in a car accident.

Casey is nursing a fractured skull after rolling his pickup during a Louisiana bachelor-party outing. Reports tell that Casey lost control of his Ford F-250 truck, which went off of the shoulder of the road as the crash occurred. Aldridge had been attending a cousin’s bachelor party, when he and some friends decided to go crabbing, the source said.

Police said there was no indication alcohol or drugs were involved in the accident.

Casey, 19, was charged with careless driving in the early Sunday morning crash near Lake Bruin in Tensas Parish, La.

Jamie Lynn, 18, was at Aldridge’s bedside at the Riverland Medical Center in Vidalia, La.

As for Casey’s condition, differing reports have come forth – with no statement available from the family or doctors handling the case.

Some reports are saying, “Casey has a blood clot near his brain and is about to undergo surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.”

Others claim, “Aldridge has a cracked skull and has been in and out of consciousness,” though their insider tells “It’s not as serious as we thought at first.”

Britney Spears rushed her 2-year old son, Jayden James, to the hospital yesterday. It is thought that Jayden James may have had a seizure.

Jayden James was taken to an emergency ward after lapsing into a “vague and unresponsive” state during a long-awaited family trip to the singer’s hometown of Kentwood in Louisiana.

The entire Spears clan made the 25-mile dash to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Centre, Mississippi, including sister Jamie Lynn Spears.

Doctors were unable to pinpoint the problem straight away and kept the toddler in for overnight observation.

Britney, 26, was said to be distraught and refused to leave Jayden’s side and asked for a bed next to him in the ward.

Ex-husband Kevin Federline is now believed to be making plans to jet out and also be by Jayden’s bedside.

Sources say chaos erupted when the toddler suffered a suspected seizure out of the blue, at about 3pm on Sunday.

One said: “One minute Britney and her sons were relaxing and enjoying their first visit to Kentwood in months, and the next minute Jayden had fallen ill.

“He was vague and unresponsive so Britney dialled an ambulance.

“But she was told it would take half an hour to arrive, and she was best trying to get Jayden to the hospital herself.”

Another added: “They tore off so fast it was incredible.”

The trip was the first time Britney has been allowed to take her sons out of LA since Kevin was given custody.

Let’s hope the little guy is okay.

According to TMZ, Law enforcement federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pictures of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge.

One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie — Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed.

The pictures were taken on Casey’s digital camera. Casey took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them. 

That Casey is one smart guy, huh?

Doesn’t it also seem like the Spears family is always taking up law enforcement’s time?

Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property.

Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian (Britney and Jamie Lynn’s brother), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there’s a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby.

Authorities are trying to find the person who is attempting to sell the photos.

Also, Britney’s lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach.

Jamie Lynn Spears and big sis, Britney Spears reunited over the weekend when Britney threw a dual birthday bash for her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Jamie Lynn was in attendance with her little girl, Maddie.

The sisters spent some bonding time together and went to a local Blockbuster to rent a movie. 

With the popularity of NetFlix, I didn’t think anyone actually goes into a Blockbuster to rent movies anymore!

Relationship woes just keep mounting for Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge.

The young parents were said to suffer a rough patch after a woman came forward claiming to have had an affair with Casey right under the former “Zoey 101” star’s nose. Now Star magazine reports that Jamie Lynn and her former fiancé are officially on the outs and set to battle it out.

According to a family friend, the latest troubles began after Jamie Lynn tried to set some ground rules to keep her partner’s wandering eye in check. Jamie Lynn allegedly asked Casey to give her the passwords to his email and voice mail accounts, be available via cell phone at all times, and follow a curfew that would have him home with her and baby Maddie no later than 9 p.m.

“She took a risk with all the rules, but in the end, everything just blew up in her face,” the insider told Star. “There was no way Casey was going to let her tell him what to do.”

Casey’s refusal led Jamie Lynn to pack her bags and head back to her family home, and now another source claims Casey wants to be reunited — with Jamie Lynn’s money.

“Casey never seemed too excited about being a father and becoming a part of Jamie Lynn’s family, but now he is desperate not to lose his meal ticket,” said a member of the Spears family. “He feels entitled to compensation because he thinks Jamie Lynn owes him for interrupting his life by choosing to give birth.”

Oh. My. Gosh.

Casey sounds like a complete loser. He thinks he’s owed money because he is the biological dad of Jamie Lynn’s daughter?! Why don’t you just try being a father, Casey?

Those Spears sisters are really working the tabloid magazine covers this week.

Poor Jamie Lynn Spears!  Rumors have been circulating for a while now that her boyfriend, who is also the father of her daughter, has been cheating on her.  In Touch is putting the story on their cover this week and they got an exclusive interview with the other woman.

28-year-old Kelli Dawson reveals that she and Casey, 19, were romantically involved — and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn, now 17, was six months pregnant with his child.

Casey and Kelli first met in November 2006, at the home of her sister, Kim Toller. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the “sexual chemistry” between Casey and Kelli was instant. “We were both really attracted to each other,” Kelli reveals. “He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.”

Remember Britney’s first husband, Jason Alexander? He confirms the relationship between Kelli and Casey in the article.

“Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years,” confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’ first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, La. “They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.”

Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together only few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. Although Kelli insistently added that she and Casey still sometimes kiss.

Lynne Spears‘ tell-all memoir, Through the Storm, is ready to hit the bookstores September 16. Here is your first look at the cover. Apparently the book will include all the details of the Spears family, from Britney’s rise to stardom to her fall from grace and Jamie Lynn’s teenage pregnancy.

Lynne, 53, delves into the lives of her children Bryan, 31, Britney, 26, and Jamie Lynn, 17, in the tome. Among the topics covered are Lynne’s response to Jamie Lynn’s teen pregnancy, Britney’s meltdown and how Britney’s rise to fame affected her family.

The description of the book says:

“Sincere, self-effacing, sometimes spunky, Lynne’s memoir reveals the heart of a mother who has struggled through difficult times and how she has held on to her faith and her sense of humor as she tries to hold on to her family.”

“Through the Storm” will be Lynne’s third book. She co-wrote two books with Britney – 2000’s “Heart to Heart” and 2001’s “A Mother’s Gift,” which was adapted into a TV movie, “Brave New Girl.”

Jamie Lynn looks pretty incredible, in my opinion.  Her daughter is only 7-weeks-old.  Her teen body snapped right back after giving birth, or so it seems.  Anyway, she looks great!

Britney and Jamie Lynn’s momma, Lynne Spears has another book to release.  Lynne was previously right about to release her book on parenting when Britney began to publicly suffer from bipolar issues and then Jamie Lynn got knocked up.  Not surprisingly, the her publishers knew that book would be a disaster and didn’t go to print.  The media still got a good laugh out of it though.

This time around, Lynne will make money off of write about the dark period of Britney’s life.  Maybe it is just how I remember it, but Lynne wasn’t around for the first few months of Britney’s disintegration that occurred right in front of the world’s eyes.  Lynne and Papa Spears came in at the end, and thankfully, Papa seemed to be the one who took the reins in cleaning up Britney’s life.  I would be more interested in reading a book written by Papa Spears – although, I doubt I would buy that one either. Granted, I’m glad that Britney and her mother reconnected, but Lynne’s book would be much more interesting if it hadn’t already been widely publicized that she and Britney weren’t in much contact during that fiasco.  Also, I’m sure Lynne will also expose her “shock” about Jamie Lynn’s teenage pregnancy.  I bet those chapters will be predictable fascinating.

The only thing that I’m intrigued about with this book is what the cover will look like.  Will it be a cover of a somber posed Lynne with pictures of her daughters in the background?  Will they just go for the title printed in a funky font, sans picture?  Will they try to manipulate the public into feeling sorry for Lynne and print a sweet picture of Britney and Jamie Lynn as precious little girls?  Maybe they will go for shock and print the photo of Britney with her shaved head, umbrella in hand, in full attack mode alongside of a picture of Jamie Lynn exiting a Walmart in Louisiana with her giant pregnant belly.

The book — slated for a September release — will be titled Through the Storm: A Real Story of Fame and Family in a Tabloid World.

Jamie Lynn Spears went shopping at Walmart over the weekend.  She does look cute and summery here.  We love the color of her dress; the bright orange is fun and delicious!  However, her earrings are completely ridiculous for afternoon Walmart shopping.

Her tan lines definitely suggest that she has been sporting a bathing suit recently.  Do you think she wore a bikini or a one-piece swimsuit?
