Jim Carrey has definitely moved on from Jenny McCarthy. Jim was spotted with an entourage of ten women at the West 46th Street club in New York.

A spy at the West 46th Street club says, “He arrived at 3 a.m. with an entourage of at least 10 women. Once in the VIP area, he turned his attention to a pretty blonde who looked a lot like Jenny [McCarthy] and a hot brunette. Things were getting so hot and heavy, someone shouted, ‘Get a room.’ Jim just burst out laughing.”

Carrey and his crew left the club around 6 a.m.

It came as a shock last week when both Jim Carrey, 48, and Jenny McCarthy, 37, quietly and calmly announced the end of their 5-year relationship through their Twitter accounts. Their split was very unexpected and we’ve been wondering ever since what went wrong.

OK! magazine is reporting, “Jenny said it became very Jerry McGuire-esque, in the sense that she had this had this great guy, and he loved her kid, but they were no longer hitting their stride. She said when she and Jim worked, they worked — and when they stopped working, it was done, just like that.”

According to Jenny’s pal, she told Jim that the spark had gone out of their relationship.

“She just looked at him and was like, ‘You love me like a family member that’s never going anywhere, not like a woman who you can’t wait to make love to,’ ” recounts the source, adding that Jim “just stared at her” for a minute, before admitting that was in love with Jenny and her son Evan as a package, but that he “couldn’t get his mind right, he wanted to, but somewhere along the way, he lost it.”

Supposedly, the two will continue to stay committed to each other’s children: Jim sees Jenny’s son Evan every day and even though they are “totally and 100 percent over romantically,” the source says they’ll be friends forever.

After five years of dating, Jim Carrey, 48, and Jenny McCarthy, 37, have parted ways. The announcement of their split comes as a surprise.

Carrey posted on his Twitter page, “Jenny and I have just ended our 5yr relationship. I’m grateful 4 the many blessings we’ve shared and I wish her the very best! S’okay! ?;^>.”

“I’m so grateful for the years Jim and I shared together,” McCarthy said in a statement. “I will continue to be in his daughter’s life and will always keep Jim as a leading man in my heart.”

Although Jim and Jenny were not married, each had walked down the aisle in the past. McCarthy divorced director John Asher, the father of her 7-year-old son, Evan, in 2005 after nearly six years of marriage. Carrey has been married twice: to Melissa Womer, with whom he split in 1995, and Lauren Holly, whom he split from in 1997.

His girlfriend might have a young son, but Jim Carrey, 47, is now a proud grandpa!

Early Friday morning, Carrey’s daughter, Jane, 22, gave birth to her first child, a boy, named Jackson Riley Santana, weighing 7 pounds and 11 ounces.

Jane is a singer-songwriter for the alt-rock The Jane Carrey Band and the father is Alex Santana, the lead singer of the metal band Blood Money. The two were married in November.

Jim twittered a photo of his new grandson. “Jackson Riley Santana, My Grandson, Born today! This is what 7lbs.11oz. of Calfornia dynomite looks like!” he wrote.

Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor, who play lovers in the upcoming I Love You Phillip Morris movie, locked lips for the camera while in Paris together. They were both being named knights in the prestigious National Order of Arts and Letters, a high honor given in recognition for their contributions to the film industry.

The Minister of Culture Frederic Mitterand joined in on the fun, declaring “I love you Jim Carrey! I love you Ewan McGregor!”

In the dark comedy, Carrey plays a con man who falls in love with a sensitive inmate named Phillip Morris (played by McGregor) and subsequently attempts one scheme and one escape after another in the name of love.

Last night, Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthywere spotted at the 2009 UCLA Department of Neurosurgery’s Visionary Ball at the Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons Hotel.

As you can see in the picture, Jim Carrey is sporting an overgrown beard. The usually clean-cut Hollywood star sported a thick, unkempt beard, spectacles and long black hair at the awards ceremony and looked a dead-ringer for television slob and Liverpudlian comedian Ricky Tomlinson.

Carrey’s heavy growth even showed several flecks of grey hair, similar to the 70-year-old Tomlinson, who played couch potato Jim Royle in BBC comedy series The Royle Family. However, according to Carrey’s IMDB page, the actor has five projects in development so the extra facial hair could be for any of those possible roles.

While his rather dishevelled appearance surprised guests at the glamorous UCLA Department of Neurosurgery’s Visionary Ball, one person who seemed unconcerned was Jenny McCarthy, who has been dating Carrey since 2005.

Jenny McCarthy says that she still uses some of the same dieting techniques that helped her drop 60 pounds of baby weight more than six years ago.

Dropping 60 pounds takes serious commitment and keeping it off does too!

In 2002, she joined her local Weight Watchers after having son Evan, now 7, and the size-4 star admits, “I still kind of count points in my head.”

In fact, McCarthy, 36, is serving as ambassador for Weight Watchers’ Lose for Good Campaign, which is helping people lose weight and raising money to fight hunger this fall.

The 5-foot-7, 125-pound star says nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle.

“Working out tightens you up and helps burn calories, but what you put in your mouth makes all the difference,” she says.

After discovering she has 60 food allergies, McCarthy switched to a diet free of wheat, dairy and sugar (she also avoids meat for personal reasons) — and fills up on fresh fruits and veggies.

One person heeding her advice is her boyfriend of three years, Jim Carrey, 47. The actor has also sworn off wheat and dairy, and he takes an active role in cultivating natural ingredients.

“We just planted our own organic garden in the backyard, and we love it!” McCarthy says.

As for exercise, the actress does Bikram yoga twice a week and goes for 45-minute jogs twice a week.

Among the other winners were “High School Musical 3,” “Yes Man,” “The Dark Knight” and “Baby Mama,” with “High School Musical 3″ picking up two trophies for Best Male Performance and Breakthrough Performance Female.

Jenny McCarthy weighed more than 200 pounds after she gave birth to her son Ethan, now 6, and the actress and author is revealing how she got her bangin’ body back.

Three years ago, McCarthy switched to a gluten- and diary-free diet, and now a typical day’s menu includes egg whites, fish, fresh fruit and veggies. Between meals, she noshes on “those little packets of nuts from Starbucks.”

The 36-year-old also says she does yoga, and that her boyfriend, Jim Carrey, might take up the activity too.

“I’ve seen him eyeing my toned arms,” she says. “I give it six months before I find him twisted into a pretzel!”

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy have been spotted out and about on a Hawaiian beach. They look so happy together smiling and cuddling. We think it seems sincere, and not like they are looking for press.

Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy strolled down the beach in Malibu and had some fun with the paparazzi. 

The couple were spotted strolling hand in hand down a beach in Malibu, California, with Carrey, 46, wearing a more normal costume for his gender of beige knee-length board shorts.

However they then disappeared into their beach hut and re-emerged some minutes later with McCarthy in an ankle-length strapless blue dress and Carrey sporting her fetching halterneck swimsuit.

In a scene reminiscent of the film Borat, he wandered down the beach in his “mankini”, to the amazement of onlookers.

These two are one of my favorite celebrity couples.  There is a special place in my heart for any mom who fights for their child, and Jenny McCarthy definitely does that.  The fact that Jim Carrey is so supportive of her and her son makes him one hell of a guy.
