It seems that late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel has found love again.
The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host has been dating Molly McNearney, a longtime staffer on his ABC show for several months. Kimmel’s rep confirmed the news.
McNearney, 31, who first joined the show’s staff as an assistant to the executive producer in July 2003, began writing on the show in 2006, and was promoted to her current position as co-head writer in May 2008.
“After Jimmy and Sarah broke up, Molly and Jimmy both found themselves single, and they clicked. They’re really happy together,” reveals a source. Yet, “during work hours” Jimmy and Molly “keep things professional,” adds the source.
The news comes on the heels of David Letterman admitting to having had affairs with female staff members, one of which led to an alleged extortion plot.
The Kimmel-McNearny relationship has been going on several months, according to sources cited by the magazines. Kimmel, 41, and girlfriend of five years, Sarah Silverman, broke up in March. This is the first woman Kimmel has officially dated since Silverman ended their on-and-off relationship seven months ago. Kimmel separated from his wife Gina in 2002 after 14 years of marriage.

Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman have called it quits for the second time. It was back in July when the couple first broke up, only to rekindle their romance again by the fall.
“Sarah initiated the split this time,” a source says. “He’s bummed.”
But it “seems like it’s over for good this time,” sources say. “[Jimmy is] sad because he just bought a new place and now has nobody to share it with.”
After five years of dating, Jimmy Kimmel and Sarah Silverman have broken up. It is official too. Reps for the couple have confirmed the split, although neither Jimmy or Sarah will comment about the matter.
I doubt anything scandalous happened here. They probably just grew apart. At least they were a couple long enough to make those hilarious videos. It was back in February when Sarah presented Jimmy with her instantly famous, “I’m F**king Matt Damon” video. He countered with a “I’m F**king Ben Affleck” video.
I’m kind of surprised by the Hollywood break-ups lately.

Sarah Silverman talks about her relationship with funnyman Jimmy Kimmel.
“I’ll be honest, we have it good,” Silverman says of her five-year relationship with the host of Jimmy Kimmel Live!
But don’t expect the couple to hit the altar anytime soon.
“I don’t want the government involved in our love,” says Silverman, 37. “When my friends get married I think it’s romantic, I cry, whatever,” she says. “But it’s not for me.”
On her quiet time with Kimmel
“Jimmy and I spend our mornings and nights together,” Silverman says. “We set our alarms an hour earlier in the morning just so we can lie in bed and listen to Howard Stern, and at night we’re watching Lost or 24.
As to whether or not kids are in their future, time will tell, she says: “I might adopt, but we’re going to wait. If you’re going to have kids, you need to have time to give them undivided attention.”
If you didn’t catch it last night, here is Janet Jackson’s appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. She was pretty funny on the show, telling Jimmy Kimmel that she is f*cking Ben Affleck too!

Jimmy Kimmel really does love Ben Affleck.
The talk show host – who memorably declared “I’m F*cking Ben Affleck” in a music video Sunday night – cannot stop singing the actor’s praises.
“Ben could not have been more sporting,” he says of his video costar. (The song was designed as a retaliation against Kimmel’s girlfriend Sarah Silverman for her clip, “I’m F*cking Matt Damon.) “He told us, ‘Listen, if we’re going to do this, we’ve got to do it right. I don’t want you guys to worry about my image.’ ”
In the video, Affleck and Kimmel declare their love while backed by an A-list gospel choir including Cameron Diaz, Robin Williams, Ashlee Simpson and Don Cheadle.
There are also non-singing cameos by Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford, who blows the new couple a kiss before driving off in his convertible – revealing a “Honk if you’re f*cking Ben Affleck” bumper sticker.
“That was his real car,” Kimmel says of the legendary Indiana Jones star. “He’s still got that [sticker] on there!” (more…)

This was pretty good, but not as good as the original!
Matt Damon and Sarah Silverman reign supreme, but Jimmy Kimmel’s answer back is pretty rockin’ too.
Featuring appearances by: Brad Pitt, Harrison Ford, Cameron Diaz, Joan Jett, Macy Gray, Robin Williams, Don Cheadle, Pete Wentz, Perry Farrell, Benji and Joel Madden, Lance Bass, Huey Lewis, Josh Groban, McLovin and Meatloaf.

Matt Damon has become a YouTube sensation because of the video that he and Jimmy Kimmel’s girlfriend, Sarah Silverman, made titled “I’m F**king Matt Damon”.
Kimmel fans are aware that this video is just the latest in the long-running “feud” between Jimmy and Matt. The pranks began two years ago when Kimmel, in his third season of his late night show, began to close every show with, “Apologies to Matt Damon, but we ran out of time,” even though the actor was never scheduled to come on the show.
The joke continued in 2006 when Matt Damon was finally a guest on the show. After a segment which explained the gag – and a lengthy introduction by Kimmel – Damon sat down, only to have the host cut him off and end the show. As planned, the actor unleashed a flurry of curse words on Kimmel and proceeded to storm off the set. His performance was so believable, many fans thought he was truly upset.
Kimmel continued to keep having his fun with Damon in 2007 when his sent his sidekick, Guillerm, to interview Matt Damon at the premiere of Ocean’s 13 and again when Kimmel debuted the “unofficial” trailer to The Bourne Ultimatum.
Producers at Kimmel approached Damon this past October to appear on the show for the host’s 40th birthday celebration but he opted to keep the joke running.
As for creating the video, “I don’t even think he thought twice about it,” his rep says.
Damon shot the video with Silverman at the end of October in Miami. “He had so much fun,” his rep adds. “It was his turn to get Jimmy.”
For Sarah Silverman’s five year anniversary with funny man Jimmy Kimmel, she gave him a hilarious gift. She even got Matt Damon to be in the video with her. Check out the video! It is brilliant and hilarious!
