The 82nd Annual Academy Awards might feel more like the Kid’s Choice Awards with this lineup of presenters. Word has leaked that Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, both of the hugely successful Twilight franchise, will be presenting. It has been officially announced that Disney royalty Zac Efron and Miley Cyrus will also attend and present. It is not clear if Efron and Cyrus will be presenting together.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences previously announced that Sean Penn, Kate Winslet and Penelope Cruz, who won acting Oscars a year ago, will present honors this time around.

The Academy Awards will take place in Los Angeles on March 7.

Joaquin Phoenix is back in front of the camera, minus the beard and shades he sported on “Late Show with David Letterman” last February 2009 — and making fun of his on-air bizarre behavior.

A clean-shaven Phoenix, 35, along with Miley Cyrus and Liv Tyler, appears in a YouTube video for a charity called “To Write Love on Her Arms,” which is in the running to win an online competition for a $1 million grant to help suicide prevention.

The four-minute video (see below) opens with charity founder Jamie Tworkowski and Phoenix sitting in a loft-style space. Tworkowski explains during a music-video shoot with Phoenix’s band that the charity’s name was initially inspired by Phoenix — and the Magic-Marker scribblings on his arms.

Then the scene appears headed for the same awkwardness that ensued with Letterman. When Tworkowski solicits Phoenix’s help with the campaign, he receives a long, uncomfortable pause from the fidgety actor. “Are you scared?” Tworkowski finally asks him — the first sign that, at least this time around, Phoenix is acting weird on purpose.

“It should be entertaining and fun and not just a [public service announcement],” Phoenix ultimately says after a bumbling silence. “I don’t know who that person would be, though. I don’t have any friends.”

At that point, Cyrus bursts onto the scene, and proceeds to demonstrate to Phoenix, and then Tyler, how to help TWLOHA’s online campaign with an Apple laptop nearby.

In addition to the YouTube video, the charity’s Web site also has a celebrity flavor to it: James Earl Jones lends his legendary powerful voice to a video encouraging awareness about suicide, which claims 32,000 lives a year.

After months of speculation about them being a couple, Miley Cyrus, 17, surfaced with actor beau and Last Song co-star Liam Hemsworth, 19. The couple were photographed hanging out with his family in Melbourne, Austrialia.

The couple reportedly went to a winery with his family and spent New Year’s Eve together. They were spotted holding hands while they took in the sights of Phillip Island, Victoria.

Miley Cyrus, 17, was snapped by photographers in her pink bikini sporting some ink under her left breast. The tattoo reads, “Just Breathe” and we have uncovered the meaning behind the minor’s ink.

It seems that Miley was inked to honor the memory of her close friend Vanessa who passed away from Cystic Fibrosis over three years ago.

Apparently “Just Breathe” is the slogan for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Newly engaged Penelope Cruz just filmed a scene for the highly anticipated sequel to Sex and the City in which she will be playing herself on the red carpet.

There have also been reports that Miley Cyrus and Liza Minelli make cameos in the movie.

Although it was rumored that Beyonce would be in the film, she’ll only be there is song. Liza will be singing Single Ladies at the wedding of Stanford and Anthony in which Carrie’s the best man!

Most celebs love their Twitter accounts and Miley Cyruswas a frequent user of hers. So it was surprising when we heard that Miley Cyrus has quit Twitter, even deleting her account.

Cyrus, one of the most prolific and interesting tweeters out there (because she posted updates so often), with more than 1.1 million followers, many of whom are in mourning now. She was one of the most popular people on Twitter.

Why the abrupt exit from Twitter?

Sources claim she did it because of her boyfriend, Liam Hensworth, a 19-year-old Australian actor, according to reports. He didn’t have a Twitter account and he didn’t want her to have one, either.

We don’t know that her Twittering all of her business was healthy, but we don’t know that her reason for leaving the land of Twitter is either.

Is her family happy that she’s done with Twitter (for now, anyway)?

Not exactly. Her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, is urging Miley to return to Twitter.

“Miley. You are a light in a world of darkness. You were born ‘Destiny Hope Cyrus’ for a reason. You can’t leave everyone now. We r countin on u,” Billy Ray tweeted late Thursday, after Miley had removed her account on Wednesday.

It is widely believed that Miley quit Twitter after her “The Last Song” co-star and rumored boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, asked her to. “FYI Liam doesn’t have a twttr & he wants ME 2 delete mine w/ gd reason,” she tweeted before deleting her account.

After less than a year of dating, Miley Cyrus and her model boyfriend Justin Gaston are over.

“They have been having trouble for a while,” says a source. “It’s been hard for a long time since Miley has been working so much and traveling a lot.”

Miley has been spending time with her ex Nick Jonas, but they deny that is the reason for Miley’s split with Justin.

Justin is 20 and Miley is only 16. We hope her next boyfriend is a little closer to her age!

Jamie Foxx had some harsh words for Miley Cyrus on his Sirius radio show when a caller complained about her wanting to ruin Radiohead’s career because they wouldn’t talk to her at the Grammys.

“Who is Miley Cyrus?” an incredulous Foxx, who has a teenage daughter of his own, said. “The one with all the gums? She gotta get a gum transplant…S–t.”
“She’s gonna ruin Radiohead’s career? The same Radiohead that gets paid a million dollars just to sample their songs?
“Make a sex tape and grow up,” he continued. “Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe. Catch Chlamydia on a bicycle seat. That’s what I want.”
