Video Of Nick Hogan’s Crash Victim

Nick Hogan

Nick Hogan should thank his very lucky stars that he walked out of that horrific crash that he caused completely fine.  Here is video of everyday life for John Graziano.  Nick is lucky, yes lucky, to be in jail and have his health.  Nick had better do his time quietly and then disappear in obscurity.

Check out the video here.

If you aren’t too squeamish, then you can see a picture of John Graziano here.  The video blurred John’s face because his injuries are graphic.  If you decide to look at the picture, keep in mind that Nick has never apologized for what he did, according to John’s family.  Also, you can listen to phone conversation here, where you will hear a delusional Hulk Hogan speak about God being the one to “lay some heavy shit” down on John because John was an “angry” person.

Nick Hogan smirking in court.

Pussyboy, Nick Hogan has been causing quite a ruckus since going to jail.  Which is a pretty amazing accomplishment considering that he is in solitary confinement.  The net has been buzzing with news about Nick Hogan’s phone conversations with his family.

CLICK HERE to listen to Nick talk to his dad, Hulk Hogan.  Hulk basically states that John Graziano (Nick’s friend, who was the passenger in the car that Nick crashed while recklessly road racing) must have had it coming because God ”layed some heavy shit on him”.  Nick then says that John was a negative person.  Nick then changes the subject back to himself and urges his father to work on his new reality show, “The New Nick” that he wants to start filming the minute he “walks out of where ever he walks out of”.  How disgusting.  When Hulk asks Nick who he wants to do the show with, Nick tells his father, “I want to do it where I’ll make the most money”.  Also, someone needs to teach Nick how to pronounce ”reality”.

Hulk and Nick take zero responsibility for what happened to John.  Hulk gave Nick, who is only 17, beers the day of the accident.  Nick then raced down the road with his friend in the car and had an almost fatal crash.  Nick walked away from the accident unharmed, while John has suffered sever brain damage.

If you aren’t mad enough, then take a look at John Graziano in the hospital. Warning: the photos are graphic and disturbing. (more…)

Nick Hogan Gets Denied!

Good!!!!!!!!

As we told you yesterday, Nick Hogan was trying to get out of prison and be released to his parents on house arrest. Thankfully, the judge denied his ridiculous request.

A judge has just denied a motion filed by pussyboy Nick Hogan’s attorney to have him placed under house arrest until he is 18-years-old, according to a new report.

The motion says Nick’s unhappy with the conditions at the Pinellas County Jail.

How many times do we have to say this? JAIL IS NOT A VACATION!

Since he’s not old enough (he’s 17) to be part of the general population, the Hulk Hogan’s shameful and reckless son is being held in solitary confinement.

We’re glad that the judge didn’t let the little bitch get his way!

The whiney ass just needs to get over it and serve the time.

He’s lucky he’s not brain dead! I bet John Graziano would gladly trade places with Nick.

Nick Hogan Is Trying To Get Out Of Jail

Nick Hogan (legal name: Nick Bollea), the 17-year-old son of Hulk Hogan (legal name: Terry Bollea), is trying to get out of jail.  His lawyer is saying that the youth is being subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.  We find this hard to believe, frankly.  Prison probably does feel unusal to a spoiled teen who is accustomed to doing whatever he wants.

Hogan’s attorneys requested Monday that Nick be moved out of solitary confinement, where the teen-age son of Hulk Hogan is serving a sentence for felony reckless driving.

Bollea, 17, spends 16 to 17 hours a day in a maximum security cell in a Florida jail where his food is delivered through a slot in the door, his attorneys said in a court filing seeking a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.

“Understandably, this situation creates an unbearable anxiety for a minor in solitary confinement,” the papers say.

Oh please! Nick’s recklessness left his passenger, John Graziano permanently brain damaged. Nick has the much better end of the terrible situation. He caused the accident and therefore, will spend some time in jail to think about his actions. John is in a permanent vegetative state.

The confinement at Pinellas County Jail, according to his lawyers, “substantially amounts to cruel and unusual punishment for a juvenile and is not warranted for a non-violent first offender serving a probation sentence.”

Bollea was sentenced last month to eight months in a Florida county jail after pleading no contest to charges stemming from the Aug. 26, 2007, car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.

He was placed in solitary because the jail was not equipped to house a minor in the minimum-security area, which only holds adults, the court papers say.

Nick Hogan Sentenced To 8 Months In Jail

A Florida judge sentenced Nick Hogan, 17-year-old son of wrestler Hulk Hogan, to eight months in jail for reckless driving. We reported on his day in court here

Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation and 500 hours community service, and the judge yanked his license for three years. Good!!!  Nick was driving under the influence and racing with another car at a high rate of speed when the accident happened.  The passenger in the car with Nick, John Graziano has suffered permanent brain damage as a result of the accident.  Graziano had been in the military and had just returned from home from Iraq.  Very sad.  Nick can sit in jail for the next eight months and think about the consequences of his actions.  (more…)

The Hogans were all in court today to try and keep Nick Hogan out of jail.

Terry “Hulk” Hogan’s 17-year-old son, Nick Bollea, entered a plea of “no contest” in a Florida courtroom Friday on charges of felony reckless driving.

The charges stem from the August 2007 car crash that left his friend, passenger John Graziano, critically injured to this day.

As part of the plea agreement, Bollea’s attorneys asked that their client not serve more than one year in county jail and five years of probation.

Without the plea arrangement, Bollea could have faced up to five years in state prison.

It’s Not A Good Time To Be A Hogan

Pro wrestling and reality TV star Hulk Hogan was sued in Florida on Monday by the family of a man who was critically injured in the crash of a car driven by Hogan’s teenage son.

The suit filed in Pinellas County by the parents of John Graziano says Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was responsible for the August 26 crash in Clearwater, Florida, because he knew his son liked to speed and race other drivers.

Nick Bollea, 17, has been charged with reckless driving. No trial date has been set.

The family of John Graziano, the young Iraq war veteran who was left in a semiconscious state after Nick Hogan crashed his car back in 2007, has filed suit against the Hogans.

The family is suing Hulk Hogan and his wife Linda. They have also listed Nick Hogan as a defendant and Daniel Jacobs, the individual in the car racing against Nick, as a co-defendant.

In February, Daniel Jacobs pleaded no contest to a charge of reckless driving. He was fined $500, sentenced to 90 days of probation, had his driver’s license suspended for 90 days and ordered to complete 25 hours of community service.

The suit alleges that Nick negligently operated his Toyota Supra by racing against another car. The other car, a Doge Viper driven by Danny, is also owned by Hulk Hogan. The allegations are that the Hogans knew of Nick’s passion for speeding and were aware of his modified, speed racing vehicles. (Nick has had multiple speeding tickets and is known for being a reckless driver, yet the Hogans supplied him with fast and modified sports cars. Nick is 17 and unemployed, therefore could not have purchased the cars himself.)

To make matters even worse, reports that Hulk purchased alcohol for Nick and his friends on the day of the accident, have made it into the suit.

The suit is alleging that the Hogans were negligent and are also directly liable for the wreck. (We agree!)

As for Graziano, he is not in a complete vegetative state. Though part of his frontal lobe had to be removed, he can still respond to heat and light. On few occasions, he has breathed without a ventilator.

Police have released the accident photos taken by investigators after a crash involving Hulk Hogan’s son Nick Hogan (Bollea is their real last name).

They show the smashed up car in detail, and also show Bollea and passenger John Graziano in the hospital.

The 22-year-old was severely hurt in the crash last August when Bollea’s car spun backwards into a palm tree.

Witnesses say Bollea was racing another car when it happened. Also, Hulk Hogan took Nick and his friends boating earlier that day and all of the guys were drinking beer, including underage Nick.

Nick, a 17-year-old has been charged with felony reckless driving involving serious bodily harm. In the short time Nick has even had a driver’s license, he has been fined several times for speeding.

Nick’s passenger, John Graziano suffered serious head injuries in the crash. He was moved to the Haley VA hospital for continued treatment because he’s a veteran, and the hospital has experience with serious head injuries amongst soldiers wounded in Iraq and Afghanistan. Graziano has just returned home from serving in Iraq when the accident occurred.

Graziano’s family lawyers say they plan to file their lawsuit soon, and will likely seek damages and long-term care for their son.
