American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest, has signed a three year deal worth $45 million. That’s a cool $15 million a year! The deal is thought to be the biggest deal ever for a reality emcee and will triple his current salary.

That’s a nice raise!

In exchange, says the trade paper, Seacrest, 34, will work exclusively for CKX, parent of Idol producer 19 Entertainment. Best of all, the deal only covers broadcast-network work.

Separately, Seacrest will still maintain a cable agreement with Comcast and his gig as E! Entertainment’s main anchor. He’ll also continue to produce Keeping Up with the Kardashians for E! and a future Jamie Oliver reality series for ABC.

Seacrest also hosts a radio show for KIIS FM out of Los Angeles.

He works hard for his money!

“She has the potential to be the greatest artist of all time and, in that sense, I feel like that’s my baby sis and I would do any and everything to help her in any situation,” Kanye West told Ryan Seacrest this morning. “I don’t want to speak more into the specifics with that situation, but all I’ll say is it’s just so devastating.

“I feel like, just as a person, I don’t care how famous she is or even if she just worked at McDonald’s, that should never happen. It should never come to that place.”

Britney Spears and ex Justin Timberlake are reuniting.

The two are rumored to perform in L.A.’s Dodger Stadium tonight alongside Madonna on her Sticky & Sweet tour according to Ryan Seacrest.

“They are going to be onstage performing with Madonna,” Seacrest said on KIIS-FM host DJ BoyToy Jesse’s Wednesday-afternoon show.

The two have both collaborated individually with Madonna.

Added Seacrest, “If Justin and Britney end up on that stage with her … I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything quite like that before.”

In the mid-1990s, Timberlake dated Spears, his Mickey Mouse Club costar, but split in 2002 after he accused her of cheating on him. (He shot the video “Cry Me a River” in response to her affair.)

“I haven’t spoken to her in years,” he told Oprah Winfrey in 2007. “I mean, there’s no ill will – I have nothing but love for her.

“The Hills” co-star Brody Jenner is getting his own MTV series.

The network has committed to six episodes of “Bromance,” which has been the subject of recent online attention. The show, from Ryan Seacrest’s production company, will feature a group of “regular guys” who come to Hollywood and compete in a series of challenges, from skydiving to dealing with the paparazzi — in hopes of being chosen by Jenner to become part of his entourage. (Only six episodes! It sounds like they have little faith in Brody.)

Along the way, contestants will be whittled down via “Hot Tub Elimination Ceremonies” after which rejected “bros” will be asked to leave the bachelor pad dripping wet in a swimsuit, luggage in hand. Bringing to mind various dating reality shows, contestants also will have shots at a “group date” and “alone time” with Jenner in every episode.

That kind of sounds like a Tila Tequila rip-off, which was just a rip off from Bret Michaels’ and Flavor Flav’s shows, which were both ripped off from The Bachelor.

It also sounds VERY similar to Paris Hilton’s new BFF show!!!!

Is originality completely dead? This is why the writers deserve every penny that they make. Without them, we would only have shows like “Bromance” to watch. Jenner’s new show sounds terrible. Since Brody and Spencer Pratt are supposedly buds again, do you think Spencer will whore his way onto Brody’s show? It would probably be good for ratings.

Somehow, Dr. Phil made $90 million in 2007 alone. I guess dispensing all of that, “I’ll tell you what” wisdom really pays off. The most peculiar entry on this list is Leona Helmsley’s dog, Trouble, who got $12 million dollars in her will, making Trouble a higher 2007 earner than Katherine Heigl and on equal to Ryan Seacrest. Isn’t that just a little insane?

American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest seems to be casually dating these days. Here he is with his lady of the moment, Sophie Monk. The pair dined at an LA sushi restaurant on Tuesday night and it seemed to go quite well. The two chewed the fat for over two hours before heading home.

Last month he was reportedly dating one of the girls from the Sunset Tan show. Sophie Monk dated Benji Madden for a few years and the couple was also engaged when they finally called it quits.
