True Blood Stars To Have Dog Ringbearer in Wedding

Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, stars of HBO’s hit True Blood, are engaged in real life and plan to have a pooch in their wedding party.

“Splash, my alpha, will be the ringbearer,” Moyer said at the L.A. Dogworks and Good Dog Animal Rescue fund raiser on Wednesday. “My son [Billy, born in 2000] might be unhappy about that.”

Splash, a 10-year-old border collie Moyer calls “a grumpy little sod,” won’t have to worry about getting fitted for a tux quite yet. Moyer, 39, and Paquin, 27 – who spent nearly the entire event holding hands – haven’t set a date yet.

Is there about to be a vampire fight between to different franchises? It’s True Blood vs. Twilight!

In a new interview with Marie Claire, True Blood’s resident vampire Stephen Moyer (who plays Bill Compton) has some choice words for New Moon bloodsucker Robert Pattinson’s character, Edward Cullen.

“He’s a pussy! He’s the Slim-Fast, Diet Coke of vampires.”

So who do you think would win in this vampire fight?

Our money is on Moyer and True Blood. That show is amazing and much more gruesome than the Twilight franchise.
