Playboy Playmate Jillian Grace, 22, gave birth to a baby girl in Missouri on August 26.

When Jillian’s pregnancy was first announced, Spade, 44, wasn’t thoroughly convinced that he was the father.

“I had a brief relationship with Jillian Grace,” the Rules of Engagement star told TMZ in January. “If it is true that I am the father of her child, then I will accept responsibility.”

We’re guessing the baby is his, because his rep issued this statement to People: “David and Jillian have been in close contact throughout her pregnancy and he plans to go see the baby during his first break from shooting Rules of Engagement.”

So either he knows that the baby is his and he is taking his sweet time going to see her OR he is just playing nice and is still waiting for those paternity test results.

Let’s hope he is still waiting on those test results. There really isn’t a reason for him to get attached to a baby that isn’t his by a woman he had a couple of flings with. Otherwise, if he knows the baby is his…go be with that baby!
