Katherine Heigl is “not likely” to be back on Grey’s Anatomy after the current season, according to a source close to the situation.

Heigl, who was due back on the set of the ABC medical drama after a three-month maternity leave but did not return to work, is negotiating her way out of her contract.

“The details, the timeline of that — it’s all shades of gray,” the source says. “The terms of her exit are still being sorted out.”

In the most recent episode to feature Heigl, her character, Dr. Izzie Stevens, walked away from the Seattle Grace hospital, leaving viewers to wonder whether she’ll be back at all.

“You can always have her return in a compelling way, and leave in an equally compelling way, because [show creator] Shonda [Rhimes] could certainly write that,” the source said. “It’s just not clear if she’ll come back onto the canvas this season, for a farewell arc, or if her storyline is already done.”

Reps for ABC Studios had no comment.

A post-baby Kendra Wilkinson is looking to lighten her load, so to speak.

Kendra said, “They went from a 34C to an E [during pregnancy]. Now that they’re going down, they’re a little bigger than I want.”

Continuing to voice her displeasure, the former “Girls Next Door” star dished on the “George Lopez Show,” telling, “I feel like I’m a little top heavy.”

Piping in, Kendra’s football playing hubby Hank Baskett then said, “You know I support her. [But] I’m definitely going to miss them, you know.”

Corey Haim died suddenly on March 10 at the age of 38. Now, details about his memorial and burial are being revealed.

According to Haim’s manager Marc Heaslip, there will be a memorial service in Los Angeles prior to the funeral in Toronto, and the family will accept donations to help pay for the funeral services.

There’s widespread speculation that Corey’s death was the result of a prescription drug overdose, though Heaslip says he doesn’t believe it was intentional.

Haim was reportedly caring for his ailing mother Judy who is fighting a battle with breast cancer. And Heaslip says she’s taking it the hardest. “She’s not doing well at all. This is really hitting her.”

Jessica Simpson, 29, told iheartradio this dirty little secret about herself, “I don’t brush my teeth. No, really! I just use Listerine and sometimes I’ll use my sweater,” she claimed, bursting into laughter. “I do brush every now and again, but my teeth are extremely powerful. Fine, maybe when I’m 60 I’ll all, ‘ow’!”

With the previous reports about Jessica farting in business meetings, and now she talks about not brushing her teeth…she needs to pull it together. Not attractive.

According to longtime friend Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, 38, died broke and alone.

Feldman, who appeared on Larry King Live Wednesday night, said Haim was “very destitute, very broke,” had no car and few friends.

“At the end of the day, Larry, where were all these people the last 10 years, the last 15 years of Corey’s life?” asked Feldman, also 38. “Where were all these people to lend a hand out, to reach out to him and say, you know, you’re a legend, you’re – you’re an amazingly talented, wonderful person who’s really never gone out of his way to hurt anybody other than himself?”

But Feldman admitted that Haim “burnt a lot of bridges in the industry. He made mistakes, as I did when I was young. I took 20 years of rebuilding to get to the point where I am today, where people actually take me seriously. Corey made a lot of mistakes for many years longer than I did. And it took him a lot longer to get to the point of recognition. However, once he got there, nobody was left to pull him back up.”

Feldman stopped speaking to Haim in 2008 because the actor refused to get help for his substance-abuse problems. But recently, Haim “shaped up,” Feldman said. “He got his act together. He was doing so much better.”

Feldman also said Haim was recently seeing a new treatment specialist who put him on a new line of medications. Feldman did not specify which they were, but said, “Let’s just say that they may not have corresponded properly with the medications that he was currently taking.”

Feldman had noticed a marked shift in his friend since his mother, with whom Haim was living in a month-to-month rental property, was diagnosed with cancer. “He shaped up. He got his act together,” Feldman said. “When his mom got ill, it was the first time I ever saw Corey grow up.”

Feldman said “a sizeable memorial” will be planned for Haim – which he hopes will be well-attended. “You see these people making great statements and that’s wonderful and I hope they’re all there for the memorial and I hope they’re all there for the funeral. But where were they during his life?”

Extra tv host Mario Lopez, 36, is expecting a baby with girlfriend Courtney Mazza, 28, this fall. The couple met in 2008 when Lopez starred in A Chorus Line on Broadway.

“I’m really excited. I’m happy. I can’t wait to be a dad,” Lopez says.

Will the couple find out ahead of time if they are having a boy or girl?

“I’m fired up! I don’t know what we’re having. I’m going to wait to see [the baby's gender] so it will be a surprise,” says Lopez.

They’ve only been dating seven months, but it looks like wedding bells may soon be ringing for Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper.

“Renee is so in love with Bradley that her whole face lights up when she talks about him,” a source says. “The next step is marriage.”

Ever since falling for one another on the set of the horror film Case 39 last summer, the co-stars initially tried to keep their relationship a secret, but with romantic rendezvous in Barcelona, New York and Vancouver, the world knows they are together. Renee is rumored to be moving into the $4.7 million three-bedroom mansion that her boyfriend recently purchased in Pacific Palisades, Calif.

It was clear the couple was serious about each other when she celebrated Christmas with Bradley’s parents, Charlie and Gloria, and Renee took her future mother-in-law to the launch of Vera Wang’s Los Angeles store on March 2 (was she possibly checking out wedding gowns by the famous designer?).

Even though The Hangover star recently denied rumors that he was shopping for an engagement ring, the source insists Bradley, 35, has been visiting jewelers to buy a canary-diamond ring to put on Renee’s finger. And the wedding could happen as soon as May, right before he starts filming Dark Fields opposite Robert De Niro in his home town of Philadelphia.

“Renee would love a huge splashy wedding,” adds the source, “but that would take months to plan. Bradley told her to switch the date to a summer wedding, so she would have more time to plan her dream wedding but she doesn’t want to put it off any longer.”

Bradley and Renee, 40, are considering two locations for their dream nuptials. “They are planning to tie the knot in either Hawaii or Santa Barbara,” says the source. “They are being very tight-lipped, but they are telling family and friends to be on alert for the details of the secret location.” The source adds that the wedding party will probably be small: “Most likely there will just be a best man and maid of honor. Renee really wants to be the star of her wedding.”

Even though both stars have tied the knot before — Renee’s 2005 marriage to country singer Kenny Chesney was annulled after seven months and Bradley’s marriage to actress Jennifer Esposito lasted four months in 2007 — the two aren’t afraid of walking down the aisle again. “Bradley is very calm about the nuptials. He’s not nervous at all,” reveals the source. “He’s looking forward to their special day. He’s head over heels in love.”

The actor even confessed to his friends, “I am not even a little bit scared. I know Renee is the right one for me.” And she feels exactly the same way. “Renee is telling friends, ‘He’s the one. I want everyone to see how happy we are.’”

Charlie Sheen, 44, is checking out of rehab, a rep for the actor says. Sheen plans to resume filming his CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Production on the series had been halted for an additional two weeks to accommodate Sheen’s rehab stint.

Sheen announced Feb. 23 that he was admitting himself to an undisclosed rehab facility for “preventative measures.”

Sheen has struggled with addiction before and has had a volatile several months. Last month he was formally charged for the Dec. 25 incident in which he threatened to kill his wife Brooke Sheen; he could face one to three years in prison. Another court date is scheduled for next Monday.

Brooke, 32, is also seeking treatment for her addictions to alcohol and drugs; she recently checked out of The Canyon facility in Malibu for at-home treatment.

Jennifer Aniston, 40, and Gerard Butler, 40, cover ‘W’ magazine in the walk-up to the release of their movie ‘The Bounty Hunter,’ out March 19.

Shot on a ranch about 45 minutes outside of Los Angeles in mid-January, the 13-page pictorial featuring Butler and Aniston consists of seven photographs by celeb shutterbug Steven Klein. Ironically, Klein also shot W’s infamous July 2005 cover featuring Brad Pitt – who had then-recently separated from Aniston – playing house with Angelina Jolie.

At the time, Aniston had complained about the cover because it was taken soon after her split with Pitt and showed him and Jolie, 34, as a 1960’s-style married couple.

“There’s a sensitivity chip that’s missing,” she told Vanity Fair of Pitt.

For the April cover, on which hunky Scottish actor Butler wraps his arms around Aniston, the actress tapped into her inner fashionista and wore an Alberta Ferretti silk chiffon dress, Carine Gilson Lingerie Couture’s silk bra and silk lace briefs, Stella McCartney garters and Lanvin shoes. Total retail value for her outfit: $3,800.

Actor Corey Haim, 38, is dead after an accidental drug overdose. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner confirmed that Haim, who battled substance addiction for several years, was found unresponsive in an Oakwood apartment and pronounced dead at Providence St. Joseph’s Medical Center at 2:15 a.m. this morning. Reportedly, his mother was in the apartment at the time.

The Canadian-born actor starred the 1987 vampire flick “The Lost Boys,” but was probably best known for his roles with fellow actor Corey Feldman.

Haim began his career in 1984 as a child actor, but his big break came in 1987 with “The Lost Boys,” which also starred Feldman and Kiefer Sutherland.

Haim, who has been in and out of rehab, also starred in “The Two Coreys,” a reality show with Feldman that aired in 2007 and 2008.

The show was cancelled during its second season. Feldman reportedly refused to continuing working with Haim until he sought help for his drug addiction.

In a 2004 interview with Britain’s The Sun newspaper, Haim spoke openly about his substance-abuse problems and said that he smoked his first joint on the set of The Lost Boys. The article says Haim had been in and out of rehab as many as 15 times.

“I lived in L.A. in the Eighties, which was not the best place to be. I did cocaine for about a year and a half, then it led to crack,” he said in the interview.

Haim’s filmography on Internet Movie Data Base shows a number of recent projects in various states of development at the time of the actor’s death.
