In an interview with British talk show host Jeremy Kyle, Pamela Anderson, 47, said that the 2006 comedy Borat forced her to tell her two young sons about the erotic home video she shot with ex-husband Tommy Lee, which was leaked online in 1998.

“I knew kids were going to watch the film and there was a reference to the tape in the movie and they’re that age and, you know, people are going start saying things,” she said regarding her appearance in Sasha Baron Cohen’s flick.

So, she sat down her sons, Brandon, 12, and Dylan, 11, for the talk.

“I just said, ‘Look, Mommy and Daddy were massively in love, we videotaped everything, everything was videotaped, and you’re probably going hear about something at school,’” she recalled.

In the interview, which airs Thursday in the UK, Anderson also discussed how she’s “dabbled” in drugs, including cocaine.

“Well, I’ve tried it and I don’t like it,” she said. “I’m completely hyper and it actually doesn’t work for me.”

Other than that, she said she hasn’t “had a drink in a month.”

“Champagne — sometimes I’ll drink it and I’ll get a little crazy, doing back flips and, you know, wrestling people on the floor, but I’m taking a break right now,” she said. “My friend calls it ‘detox so you can retox.’”

James Van Der Beek has filed for divorce from his wife of six years, actress Heather McComb, citing irreconcilable differences.

“They remain good friends,” his rep says.

Van Der Beek, 32, and McComb, 32, wed in Malibu in July 2003 — two months after he ended his six-year run on the popular teen drama Dawson’s Creek.

They have no children.

Oprah Winfrey will announce on Friday that her popular daytime talk show, “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” will end its run in 2011, Tim Bennett, the President of Harpo, announced in a letter released to ABC affiliates on Thursday.

“Tomorrow, Oprah will announce live on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ that she has decided to end what is arguably one of the most popular, influential and enduring programs in television history,” he wrote in the letter, obtained by Access Hollywood. ” The sun will set on the ‘Oprah’ show as its 25th season draws to a close on September 9, 2011.”

Bennett said he was sending out the letter to keep the affiliates from being surprised at tomorrow’s announcement.

“Before she speaks to her loyal viewers, we wanted to share her decision first with you – our valued partners for more than two decades,” he wrote.

And he urged the stations to “share this news this evening with your colleagues and viewers.”

“Oprah’s personal comments about this on tomorrow’s live show will mark a historic television moment that we will all be talking about for years to come,” he added.

Just a few weeks ago, a rep for Oprah said the TV queen planned to make an announcement by year’s end about whether she was planning to make a leap from her current daytime talk show to her previously announced cable channel, the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).

It appears the decision was one that was made only recently. Just two weeks ago — at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City — Oprah’s best friend, Gayle King, said Oprah was still weighing her options.

“I know she’s thinking,” Gayle told Access. “I know she’s thinking.”

But Gayle said she wasn’t playing advisor over the decision, just longtime friend.

“Listen, Oprah and I have been friends since we were 21 and 22 and now we’re 54 and 55,” she said, citing her and Oprah’s ages, respectively. “We talk about everything but she’s a big girl. She will make the decision that is right for her. No question about that. Whatever that is. It’ll be the right decision for her.”

Previously, at the September Toronto premiere for “Precious,” a film Oprah executive produced, Oprah revealed she was still putting in the deliberation hours.

“I haven’t made a decision yet and I have until the end of the year,” she said. “But you know I think that deserves more thoughtful consideration than a red carpet.”

Things are heating up for the hottest couple of the moment: actor Aaron Eckhart and model-turned-actress (and now jewelry designer) Molly Sims.

Reports first circulated last week that they shared an intimate dinner in Baton Rouge, followed by a report Tuesday that Sims gushed to friends, “Aaron’s a great guy!”

Sources have now confirmed that the two are in fact a couple and have been quietly dating for a few weeks.

Eckhart most recently starred in Love Happens and Sims is currently promoting her new line of jewelry, Grayce.

One of the most popular dancers on Dancing with the Stars has quit.

Julianne Hough isn’t going to return to the show next season.

“I’m not [going back] next season. But I love that show.” She adds, “I’m completely battered and bruised. It looks like I’ve got rug burn all over my body!”

When asked about returning to the show for the following season, Hough simply replied, “We’re going to cross that bridge when we get to that.”

In the months ahead, the dancer and singer will be focused on acting as she is set to star in “Footloose” with Chace Crawford as well as a musical Burlesque with Christina Aguilera.

As for Julianne’s breakup with Chuck Wicks, she says that they’ve managed to stay friends. “He’s great,” she said. “He’s amazing.”

During his promotional duties for New Moon, Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson is dishing about his new take on relationships:

“Getting involved in Twilight has definitely changed my mind about how people are kind of fanatical about wanting to have the perfect relationship. I had no idea that people were so desperate and felt like it was so unobtainable. They want to put this idea of unconditional devotion just so high above everything else, which is why they can’t get enough of this story.”

And, of course, ladies love the scene where he is taking almost all of it off. “I felt pretty goofy stepping out into the sunlight in front of 2,000 people in a town square, ripping my clothes off. I was essentially doing a striptease.”

It wasn’t all bad news for the king of vampires. “But here’s the irony, it was also one of the moments where I’ve really felt closest to people’s emotional attachment to Edward. There were so many extras in that scene who were Twilight fans who had flown in just to be a part of it.”

And Pattinson knows his duty of being Edward. “It was a moment where I’ve felt the whole weight of anticipation, and I guess responsibility as well, of being Edward, for all the people who were kind of so obsessed with the stories. It was quite uplifting and it was also very nerve-wracking.”

While many mistaken him for the vampire he plays, he is not Edward. But they still have some things in common. “I guess stubbornness in some ways about some things. Edward is pretty self-righteous, and I guess I am too. I get quite obsessive about things and possessive as well. I have very specific ideas about how I want to do my work and how I want to be perceived, to the point of ridiculousness sometimes.”

Maybe he’s not so perfect after all? “I don’t listen to anyone else. That’s why I don’t have a publicist. I can’t stand it if someone is trying to tell me to do something, even if it’s probably a mistake sometimes. I’m like a control freak about it. I’ve never really struggled with anything until recently. I’ve got to stop being so self-depreciating because people are starting to believe it. Like, ‘That guy is an idiot.’”

Teaming up for a sisterly night on the town, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen went to a tribute to Tim Burton at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City on Tuesday night, November 17.

The twins were sticking side-by-side as they mingled with a guest list including, Johnny Depp, Brooke Shields and Ashley Greene, among many others.

Twilight mania hit Los Angeles last night.

Making for one of the most-anticipated red carpet moments of the year, the stars were out in full force at the premiere of “The Twilight Saga: New Moon”.

Held at the Mann Village Theater, the film’s stars including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning and Kellan Lutz all turned up to greet their screaming fans.

Joining them on the red carpet were fellow stars including Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Christian Serratos, Emilie de Ravin, Edi Gathegi and Jamie Campbell Bower, as well as author Stephanie Meyer and director Chris Weitz.

Meanwhile, other celebs making their way to the evening’s fete included Jennifer Love Hewitt with boyfriend Jamie Kennedy, Emma Roberts, Julianne Hough, Joan Jett and 50 Center, among others.

Due out in theaters on November 20, “New Moon” author Stephanie Meyer recently spoke with Oprah about watching her work come to the big screen.

“It is crazy surreal,” Meyer tells. “The first time I met any of the actors, we had a dinner kind of just to get to know each other, and they had all been doing test shoots for hair and makeup and costumes all day, so they came in costume to dinner.”

Stephanie continues, “And all of a sudden, Carlisle [Peter Facinelli] sits down across from me, and it freaked me out! It’s so weird. You have those moments where you’re so used to it, and then you’ll be sitting there in the cafeteria, and there’s 150 extras milling through a scene and who knows how many people involved in the filming, and there’s this huge crowd, and you look around and say, ‘This is all because I wrote that dream down.’ It’s very hard to process. … Weird.”

Jessica Biel, 27, won’t be sporting a baby bump anytime soon. The actress says she isn’t ready have children because she has enough trouble looking after her dog Tina.

“Not for me at this moment,” said the 27 year-old. “I have a dog and that is hard enough!”

Biel seems to be back on with on-again-off-again boyfriend Justin Timberlake, but we don’t expect these two to be walking down the aisle or starting a family just yet.
