Heather Locklear new haircut

Golddigger extraordinaire Heather Mills got a new, much shorter ‘do.  She is definitely channeling Sharon Stone these days.  She’s wearing a chef’s coat, not because she is an actual chef, but because she was serving vegan meals to school kids in the Bronx.  Couldn’t she have worn regular clothing to do that?

A new year and a new haircut for Mills!

Her new look doesn’t look terrible, but we aren’t wowed by it either.  She looked younger with longer hair.  Mills’ short haircut makes her look like an aging soccer mom.
