The reunited couple were spotted out for a dinner date in Brentwood on October 10.

The pair dined at The Cheesecake Factory, holding hands as they walked to their car following their meal. Then it was off to a nearby movie theater where Kim and Reggie joined up with Brittny Gastineau, Lala Vazquez and Jonathan Cheban.
