Lynne Spears‘ tell-all memoir, Through the Storm, is ready to hit the bookstores September 16. Here is your first look at the cover. Apparently the book will include all the details of the Spears family, from Britney’s rise to stardom to her fall from grace and Jamie Lynn’s teenage pregnancy.
Lynne, 53, delves into the lives of her children Bryan, 31, Britney, 26, and Jamie Lynn, 17, in the tome. Among the topics covered are Lynne’s response to Jamie Lynn’s teen pregnancy, Britney’s meltdown and how Britney’s rise to fame affected her family.
The description of the book says:
“Sincere, self-effacing, sometimes spunky, Lynne’s memoir reveals the heart of a mother who has struggled through difficult times and how she has held on to her faith and her sense of humor as she tries to hold on to her family.”
“Through the Storm” will be Lynne’s third book. She co-wrote two books with Britney - 2000’s “Heart to Heart” and 2001’s “A Mother’s Gift,” which was adapted into a TV movie, “Brave New Girl.”

Hillary Duff and her boyfriend Mike Comrie were spotted out for a morning walking in their neighborhood in Toluca Lake. Hilary and her New York Islander hockey star beau walked hand-in-hand.
Hilary’s also been busy filming her latest role on the Santa Monica set of her latest theatrical endeavor, “Stay Cool”. In the film, Hilary “portrays Shasta O’Neil, a sexy high school senior who flirts with the author Mark Polish (Henry McCarthy) and invites him to the prom.”
I’m sort of surprised that Hilary is still playing high school roles. I guess she still looks the part though. She’s a cutie!

If you are a celebrity wanting a bit of attention, then dine at hotspot Nobu. That is exactly what Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson did last night. Tony has been at training camp and Jessica has been promoting her country album, but the two were reunited over the weekend.
During their extended time apart, Jessica reportedly keeps her man satisfied with saucy dance routines via her webcam.
An inside source told press, “Jess has no problem showing Tony her favorite Pussycat Dolls routine. She will dance in front of her camera until she makes her man happy. She does get paranoid, making sure Tony doesn’t have any of his Cowboys buddies peeking in on the show.”

Comedian Bernie Mac died early Saturday morning from complications due to pneumonia.
The news was confirmed by his publicist.
He was only 50-years-old.
As our readers know, the funny man had been hospitalized for about a week.
A few years ago, Bernie disclosed that he suffered from sarcoidosis, a rare autoimmune disease that causes inflammation in tissue, most often in the lungs. However, his reps claimed early on that the bout of pneumonia he was fighting had nothing to do with the sarcoidosis.
He is survived by his wife Rhonda McCullough, their daughter, Je’Niece, a son-in-law and a granddaughter, Jasmine.
Our thoughts go out to his family during this very difficult time.
Former Democratic presidential hopeful John Edwards has admitted to a long-rumored extramarital affair with filmmaker Rielle Hunter, 44, but denies that he is the father of her baby daughter.
Edwards, 55, made the admission during an interview with ABC’s Nightline that will air Friday night.
The former North Carolina senator – who has been married to wife Elizabeth since 1977 – says he was not in love with Hunter.
Edwards says in the interview that he has not taken a paternity test to prove he is not the father of Hunter’s daughter because he claims the affair ended before she was conceived.
A former campaign aide, Andrew Young, has said he was the father of the child.
Edwards has three children with Elizabeth, who has an incurable form of cancer.
Edwards tells ABC News that the affair began in 2006, when Elizabeth’s cancer was in remission and after Hunter was hired to produce films for his presidential campaign. They had met at a NYC bar.
The National Enquirer first reported the affair last fall. Edwards steadfastly denied the accusation at the time.
The Enquirer spotted Edwards visiting Hunter and the baby at the Beverly Hills Hilton last month.
Edwards confirmed the meeting to Nightline and said his wife did not know about it.
