Nicolas Cage, 44, is suing Turner, his former Peggy Sue Got Married co-star, 53, for writing in her new autobiography Send Yourself Roses that the actor was busted for two DUIs and once stole a Chihuahua.

Turner writes, “He caused so many problems. He was arrested twice for drunk-driving and, I think, once for stealing a dog. He’d come across a chihuahua he liked and stuck it in his jacket.”

But in a statement issued last month, Cage fired back: “I have never been arrested for anything in my life, nor have I stolen a dog.”

Cage’s lawyer tells New York’s Daily News, “If he doesn’t get a retraction, he intends to go full speed ahead with litigation in the U.S.”

Amy Winehouse has a new man in her life named Blake. Strangely, her husband that is in jail (”Blake Incarcerated” as she called him in her Grammy awards acceptance speech) is also named Blake.

The singer, who won an incredible FIVE Grammy Awards in the early hours of Sunday, has been holed-up in a central London hotel with the new Blake, photographer Blake Wood.

And the new Blake couldn’t be more different to Amy’s husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL who is locked up in Pentonville Prison awaiting trial. The new Blake is a drug-free American vegetarian. And he’s got a job.

Amy’s pal KELLY OSBOURNE introduced the trendy magazine snapper and artist to Winehouse.
They hit it off and have been locked away together for hours on end at London’s Park Plaza Hotel since she left rehab.

The new Blake has been credited with helping her deliver a show-stopping Grammys performance.

A pal revealed: “Kelly asked Blake to look after Amy and keep her on the straight and narrow.
“They’re staying in the hotel together and they might all move into Osbourne’s place when Amy finishes her recovery.
“He has met Amy’s family and they all really like him.”

Amy’s hubby is a very jealous bloke and there’s no doubt he’ll be steaming at the prospect of Amy hanging out with the new Blake.

Yesterday, the new Blake went with Amy to visit the husband Blake in prison. It’s complicated, I know.

Gwyneth Paltrow was spotted toting her tots to The Kabbalah Centre in NYC on Saturday.

Son Moses, 22 months, who is the spitting image of rocker father Chris Martin, nursed a bottle of milk. Meanwhile, 3-year-old Apple — with long blond locks just like her mother’s, held back by a pink flower barrette — carried a blanket.

The celebrity family has been keeping a low profile in New York for most of the new year, with the exception of last month, when Gwyneth was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital for an gastrointestinal condition.

This isn’t good!

Paris Hilton’s 18 year old brother, Barron was arrested at 8:30 this morning for a DUI.  As if being 18 and drunk on a Tuesday morning wasn’t bad enough, there’s more!

Barron allegedly struck a garage worker at a 76 Gas Station in Malibu after drunkenly pulling in.

The worker, Fernando Pellez, was not seriously hurt when Barron’s black Mercedes bowled into him between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m., but he insisted on calling the cops.

“I was knocked to the ground,” Pellez claims. “The Mercedes lost control as it was turning into the gas station and Barron got out of the car and he was totally drunk and couldn’t walk straight.”

Cops have ruled out drugs, for now.

In addition to the DUI charge, Barron could face an underage drinking claim, AND….

He may also be charged with Reckless driving, Operating to endanger, and Vehicular assault.

Barron Hilton, 18, just moved to Los Angeles for college, and he’s already giving his parents a headache!

Like big sis Paris, Barron has been arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Unlike Paris, though, Barron is not of legal drinking age yet, which could be a bigger problem for him if this goes to trial.

The younger Hilton was pulled over by police in Malibu at 8:30 A.M. on Tuesday and booked with DUI.

Amy Winehouse, who thanked her incarcerated husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, when accepting one of five awards at the Grammys, makes her way into a London prison for a celebratory visit with him.

Amy is still looking much healthier than her pre-rehab days. Stay on the right track, Amy!

This sounds like a step in the right direction!

Britney Spears taught dance to children not much older than her own boys on Monday at Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood.

The pop star kicked off the class by introducing herself to each five year old and shaking their hand, a source said. “She comes in, she winds them up, and then tells them, ‘I guess I have to introduce myself to you guys!’” said Robert Baker, Millennium co-owner.

Britney looked happy and upbeat, he said. Madonna’s “Material Girl” and “True Blue” were part of her play list. Britney led the class in “her favorite brown cowboy boots, fishnet stockings, a red short skirt, and a bluish greenish top that hangs down past her skirt.”

“She worked out this great little routine for them, they were dancing all over the place, she had them dancing in a circle like a choo-choo train,” he said. “The kids loved it- they are having a ball right now. And Britney- she’s just drinking it up. She’s totally enjoying herself. It’s an amazing class- she and the kids are certainly enjoying the process.”

Parents for the seven kids waited outside while she taught. A little girl, who took the class, gushed, “We had so much fun. Britney was wearing little red shorts and she looked so pretty” as she and her mother headed to their car.

She last saw her sons, Sean and Jayden, on January 3 when she was rushed to Cedars-Sinai for a psychological evaluation. Her visitation rights were suspended soon after. Less than a month later, Britney was involuntarily committed for 10 days to UCLA Medical Center for treatment of bipolar disorder. She has been a staple at the studio since she was released Wednesday, Feb. 6.

“Britney’s telling me that she likes this so much that she’s thinking about making it a regular thing, possibly every other week. She loves to interact with the kids, and she feels that it’s important to give back to the dance community,” Baker said.

We hope Britney keeps doing stuff like this!  If she can make a commitment to teach the children every week, this will help her in getting visitation back with her own children.
