Patricia Arquette Files for Divorce 

Patricia Arquette and her husband of two years, Thomas Jane, are divorcing.

“Arquette filed for divorce from Thomas Jane in Los Angeles on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple, who were married in May 2006, have a 5-year-old daughter, Harlow Olivia Calliope Jane. Arquette, the Emmy-winning star of the NBC show “Medium,” is seeking custody of their daughter, with visitation rights for Jane.”

So the Medium and The Punisher are calling it quits.

Filing for divorce at the beginning of January – talk about heading in a different direction for the New Year!

It seems like the two waited until after Christmas to file for divorce, probably for their 5-year-old daughter.
