Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn Call Off Divorce — Again 

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn have called off their divorce again, court documents show.

The Milk actor filed a request in Marin County Superior Court Thursday to dismiss their legal separation case, New York’s Daily News reports.

“It was an arrogant mistake,” Penn told the newspaper.

Last month, Penn actor filed for “legal separation with minor children” from his wife of 13 years.

Penn, 48, initially filed for divorce in December 2007, but his petition was later dismissed. Three days later, Wright Penn, 43, filed her own paperwork.

But in April 2008, the couple’s divorce petition was dismissed at their request.

They attended February’s Academy Awards, where Penn won his second Best Actor Oscar for his role as gay rights activist Harvey Milk.

He did not thank wife Robin – with whom he has two children, Dylan, 18, and Hopper Jack, 15 — while accepting his award.

It was reported Penn had cozied up to actress Natalie Portman earlier this month, which she denied.
